しかし、中にはこうした飼い主としての責任を果たすことなく、ペットの飼育を放棄する生き物を飼う資格のない飼い主がいるのも事実。日本だけでなく、世界中の施設で飼い主から捨てられた動物たちが新たな飼い主との出会いを待っています。
